Module 1: Self Sufficiency II (100 hours)

Completing this course will give you knowledge, awareness, confidence and inspiration to grow a wider range of vegetables, fruit, grains, herbs for food, then harvest and use what you grow in a wider range of ways than you have ever done before. Learn from experts with decades of experience in self sufficiency including different ways to preserve foods from drying and bottling to making preserves and freezing and also how to produce sustainable food from animals such as eggs and milk. This module will teach you how to grow food from home sustainably.

Module 2: Home Garden Expert Course (100 hours)

This course covers the essentials of gardening to take your home garden to the next level while teaching you more experienced horticulture methods to complement the vegetable, fruit, grain and herb growing skills learnt from the self sufficiency module.

If you haven’t studied a broad horticulture course before; there will no doubt be gaps in your knowledge and skills that will be holding you back from your full potential. This course will expand your awareness of what is possible, and help you to make better judgments about what are appropriate goals for you to achieve in your home garden for food production.
