Module 2: Event Management (100 hours)

Designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the event planning industry, this module will teach you how to organise and manage events, parties, concerts, exhibitions, weddings, celebrations and more. This is a module designed to develop knowledge and skills in the planning and management of events, everything from event ideation, to marketing the event, understanding and managing potential risks, managing event budgets, execution and then what happens after the event.

Module 3: Food and Beverage Management (100 Hours)

This module covers a broad spectrum of topics, from human food and nutrition to the intricacies of cooking and kitchen management. You’ll learn the art of menu planning, gain knowledge about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and understand the scope and nature of various catering services. Module 4: Marketing Foundations (100 Hours)
